portant\">portant\">portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">貴州鵬業(yè)國際機電設(shè)備招標  portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">（以下簡稱“招標機構(gòu)”）接受portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">貴州頁巖氣勘探開發(fā) 委托，對portant\">“2022年-2023年壓裂返排液處理藥劑采購（二次招標）”項目（該項目已具備招標條件）所需貨物（材料）及服務(wù)進行國內(nèi)公開招標，邀請國內(nèi)合格投標人就下列貨物（設(shè)備）和有關(guān)服務(wù)提交投標。

portant\">portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">目前已建1#壓裂返排液處理裝置運行所需藥品存量不足，在建2#、3#壓裂返排液處理裝置調(diào)試藥品僅可維持1個月，需采購三套壓裂返排液處理裝置1年運行藥劑量。以框架協(xié)議的形式采購2022年-2023年壓裂返排液處理藥劑。

portant\">portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">3.1.1portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">投標人是在中華人民共和國境內(nèi)注冊的獨立法人，具備有效的企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照。

portant\">portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">3.1.2portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">投標人須具備有效的危險化學(xué)品經(jīng)營許可證。

portant\">portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">3.1.3portant\">'微軟雅黑',sans-serif\">與招標人存在利害關(guān)系可能影響招標公正性的法人、其他組織或個人，不得參加投標。單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標段投標或者未劃分標段的同一招標項目投標。
